Turmeric root is an important ingredient of Indian cuisine and Ayurvedic medicine It is becoming more and more popular with tea drinkers.
Ginger root further enhances this blend, together with fennel, aniseed and vanilla.
Try this mildly spicy infusion with a dash of milk.
Brew with freshly drawn boiled water for 5-10 minutes.
