Darjeeling Mid-Season SFTGFOP1
This mid-season, or Rains Darjeeling (between 2nd flush and Autumn) has a very well-made leaf with plenty of silver tip (denoting quality). The liquor is deep and rich giving a beautifully well rounded and traditional Darjeeling flavour with a lovely muscatel character.
Perfect tea for drinking without milk, though equally nice with milk which brings out its malty notes.
SFTGBOP1: Special Finest Tippy Golden Flowery Orange Pekoe, this tea is from the top two leaves of the shrub and is known as the Champagne of teas.
Brew with freshly drawn boiled water for 3-5 minutes.
