Peppermint makes a wonderfully crisp and refreshing tea, which is naturally caffeine free and prized for its medicinal benefits. It has an excellent reputation for cooling and calming of an upset stomach.

The dried leaves have a powerful fresh aroma which is enhanced when brewed and is perfect for after meals to aid digestion and for relaxation.

Brewing Instructions: Brew with freshly drawn boiled water that has been allowed to cool for 2 minutes for 3-5 minutes.
