Sweet Melissa Herb Blend is a smooth rounded blend that is uplifting and calming all at the same time. The lemon grass gives a zing to the other citrus and mellow flavours. Lemon myrtle is most famous for its high antioxidant content, as well as its anti-inflammatory and antiviral properties. While lemon balm is commonly associated with anti-stress and anti-anxiety.
