Tulsi – Holy Basil
Also known as ‘Holy Basil’ and the Queen of Herbs, Tulsi is an uplifting herb that has been used and revered in India for centuries.
The plant has been used for thousands of years in Ayurveda, a form of traditional Indian medicine, and is considered an adaptogen, a natural herb that helps the body adapt to outside stressors.
It has a small green leaf, producing a brown liquor with a herbal flavour similar to aniseed.
Naturally caffeine free.
Brewing Instructions: Brew with freshly drawn boiled water, cooled for 2 minutes for 3 – 5 minutes.
Ingredients: Tulsi – Ocimum tenuiflorum (India).
