Gunpowder Green Tea

From the Anhui province in Eastern China, this Gunpowder Green tea is a well made and world renowned tea that derives its name from its appearance being similar to gunpowder.
The tea is manufactured using steam and rolling equipment to roll the leaf in to green balls (larger than the Pinhead type) that open up when steeped. It has a greenish dry golden liquor much appreciated throughout the Middle East with a light smoke and nutty character. It is often used as the base for Moroccan Mint tea.
Brewing Instructions: Brew with freshly drawn boiled water, cooled for 2 minutes, for 2-3 or to taste. Best made with tap or bottled soft water.
Ingredients: Gunpowder Standard green tea. Produce of China.
