A light, distinctive and refreshing infusion which provides a clean flavour with subtle grassy notes and an earthy, vegetal character.

Nettles Leaves are rich in vitamins A and C, iron, calcium and nitrogen. In fact they have a higher iron content than spinach on a like for like weight comparison.

Can be consumed hot or cold.

Brewing Instructions: Brew with freshly drawn boiled water for 3-5 minutes.
