Ceylon Highgrown Nuwara Eliya OP1. Ceylon (Sri Lanka) is unique within the tea world as it has two seasonal monsoons as opposed to other growing regions that have just one. This means that quality tea can be produced all year round.
In the centre of Ceylon is a mountainous region where most of the tea estates can be found. The highest elevation estates form the Nuwara Eliya district that produces teas renowned for their bright flavoursome liquors. These teas are highly regarded within the tea world and intensely sought after.
Brew with freshly drawn boiled water for 3-5 minutes. Serve with of without milk.
