Grown in the lower slopes of the Himalayas, this exceptional Nepalese tea comes from small, family-run plantations known as “small holders.” These dedicated producers craft limited quantities of high-quality orthodox tea, and this lot is rich in delicate golden tips – a clear mark of excellence.
The extreme Himalayan winters create a naturally short growing season, allowing the leaves to develop a clean, crisp character without any bitterness.
Expect a bright, brisk, and floral liquor that is both refreshing and satisfyingly smooth. A classic expression of the
Himalayan terroir.
Brew with freshly drawn boiled water for 3-5 minutes. Serve with of without milk.
