Yin Hao Lotus Jasmine Tea is a top quality green tea is manufactured from the finest leaves that have been lightly steamed and fermented, then gently infused with the scent of Jasmine by layering over large shallow baskets of Jasmine petals, a process that is repeated over three nights. This method results in few, if any, Jasmine petals entering the tea. This differs with everyday Jasmine tea, where petals are added directly to the tea.
The dry leaf is a beautiful silvery green colour with mentions of tip. The liquor is light lemon in colour with a delicate Jasmine scent and delightful flavour.
Brew with freshly drawn boiled water, cooled for 2 minutes, for 3-5 minutes. Best served without milk or lemon.
